Best Thai and sushi I've found in the area. I work across the street, and am here for lunch at least twice a week. Pat is an artist with sushi, and even the regular lunch sushi assortments are head-over-heels fresher, and better, then anywhere else around here that I've found. The Thai food is excellent as well...I usually go with Pad Thai, it is fresh, generous portions of meat, and an excellent value at $9 at lunch, which includes soup or a salad. Can't say enough good things, please go here, I want to make sure my regular lunch spot is here for a long time!

A friend and I were making plans one Saturday night and we decided we wanted some really good sushi. She lives in WPB but neither of us was familiar with the area as far as sushi goes, so she let me figure out where to eat (obviously lol). Thanks to yelp I found Pat Gogo. It's run by a sweet couple, Chef Pat and Ann. It's fairly new but had some great reviews so we decided to take a chance and go. Best decision! The sushi was awesome! I made a reservation just in case and when we arrived we were seated immediately by Ann. She was so nice and suggested we start with the pineapple sake they make, which we eagerly agreed to LOL! It was delicious! We decided to start with the tuna tower appetizer. It had a ton of tuna and it was served with these yummy fried wonton chips. It was a nice way to start. I read other reviews that you could tell Chef Pat the types of fish/sushi you prefer and he will customize special plates for you based on that. My friend and I were feeling adventurous so we decided to let him create 2 custom plates for us. I am so glad we did this because not only was the presentation beautiful but we were scraping the plates clean!! It really was that good. The fish was so fresh and he did not skimp at all, sometimes I needed to take two bites of a roll just to finish it. My favorite was this cucumber wrapped roll which I have never had before but I really loved it. And he also added this super spicy sauce that we both fought for as we were eating haha! Note to self ....ask for extra next time ;) The restaurant is very modern and clean. I think it has only been open 6 months or so. The prices were not high at all considering the quality and service, I was very surprised. We definitely will be back for sure!

So this is my first time here...recommended by a friend. The restaurant was a bit hard to find since it's tucked away and you can't see their sign. But when u do find it you will love it! The decor is modern and cozy. The staff is very attentive. Thumbs up on that! I ordered alot of random dishes...first off which was my favorite is the salmon with a mix of shallots and sun dried tomatoes drizzled with eel sauce and and a side of cucumbers...check my pic..this is to die for!! It's not on the menu but i told the sushi chef I like salmon and this is what he whipped up. One order wasn't enough that I ordered a second!! Must must try!! I'm a Foie Gras fan so when I saw Foie Gras on the menu u bet I'm ordering it...Tuna topped with seared Foie Gras and caviar drizzled in eel sauce...another must try!! U will not regret it..promise!! Tuna pizza...tuna, red onion, Wasabi cream, grape tomatoes, avocado...crunchy and yummy...this thing is tiny but lots of stuff and very filling.. Crispy Calamari..recommended by the sushi chef...very light in breading. Didn't expect it to be spicy but it was tasty...not that spicy tho but im not a fan of spicy so don't know how to explain. My friend enjoyed it a lot tho so I'm sure it's good. We were not going to order dessert but we were welcomed with a really yummy coconut cake...that killed my calorie count lol Everything was really good...this place is a must try when your in the area. Price was very reasonable and inexpensive. They also have a really good lunch menu that I would definitely try when I have the time. This is a total 2 thumbs up restaurant!!

I found this place on yelp, my family and I we were very happy with the food. I had beef and vegetables , which was very fresh. I had enough for lunch the next day. I also like that they accommodated my kids, since they don't like certain vegetables. We will definitely be back.

The owner says they have only been open 6 months. I hope they succeed. The place is in a strip mall that is a little hidden. Inside is simple and clean. Kept it simple as my sis is not into spicy food. We got the Sushi & Sashimi dinner and an order of Pad Thai with shrimp. Fish was super fresh.. very soft. Great! Pad Thai noodles were cooked Al Dente.. just as I like.. too many places overcook the noodles and they fall apart. There were lots of shrimp. The sauce was a bit too sweet and it needed more green onions. Owner/server was very pleasant. All in all a great choice.

We discovered this charming and creatively decorated restaurant by luck and boy were we pleased! From Asly, our incredibly apt and friendly server, to Pat, who wowed us with our Salmon Lava appetizer. I told him I loved spicy so he made sure I was up for the challenge. Greg's JD Roll was fantastic and my Volcano Roll was delicious!! I suggest the Jalapeño Gummy Bear Sake, as well as the Mango-Mango Sake. Our satisfaction was the entire staff's goal and they were brilliant. Please go see them! Next time we'll try the Thai menu. I have no doubt it's just as delicious!

Wow. What a great hidden gem!!! The food was amazing. So glad we found this place. I have never tasted anything as delicious. All the dishes were amazing. Pat the sushi chef and his wife Ann were so amazing. We asked Ann for recommendations and we listened to her and enjoyed everything. We will be back and can't wait!!!

Start ease of parking in their own lot in front of restaurant. Gracious greetings reservation honored totally timely fashion. We stared with the purses, dumplings and fried bok choy/ginger more than enough for four to share. All were perfectly prepared. Main courses included Pad Thai, spicy mixed seafood special and a veggie dish in ginger sauce all were great, will return

All around excellent spot! Authentic, clean, affordable, and professional are some key words I would use to describe this place . Highly recommend! I had the Drunken noodles with spicy chicken and tried out some Ramune. The ginger dressing for the salad was refreshing as well. Will definitely be back for more!

We came over after arriving from the airport. This is a small n family owned restaurant. The sushi is outstanding and beautiful and the Pad Thai is perfectly cooked. The chicken is not over cooked! Plus, they have Thai tea!! Yummy.

Would never have gone here without yelp but was happy it was better than advertised and surpassed my expectations... I've never reviewed on yelp but this place was phenomenal. By far the best sushi I've ever eaten and from New York been to sushi samba and Nobu and I was shocked this surpassed it.. Pat and Ann's family business was awesome I let them pick out menu and it started and ended with a bang and I had sushi I've never eaten before

One of the best surprises of my life. Absolutely the best sushi dinner I have had anywhere in the country! The chef Pat is a true artist and Anne is absolutely delightful. There is no way I can recommend this stop enough.

The sushi here is amazing. This area was in desperate need of an exceptional sushi joint so thank goodness for Pat Gogo! Everything I've had has been fresh and delicious. Great menu with lots of choices.

Will definitely be back. My recommendation MUST is to try the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice appetizer & the Pat GoGo Spicy Tuna Tower app - absolutely amazing. I have to say that this place makes my favorite Thai restaurant in my home town 20 minutes north seem boring.

  • Al S.

Ima sushi snob. No joke when it comes to my fish. I have been craving a restaurant in WPB that can satisfy my Gari or Nobu experience. Search no more....Pat GoGo has been a god send. Owners Pat 1 and Ann are lovely peeps who make you feel like youre in their home. Pat numero 2 will serve you with love. Ask about Sal for a treat. The creations are on par with the best my palate has experienced. The portions are fit for a king. Enough said.

Fantastic SUSHI. My wife and I are sushi lovers. She asked me where I wanted to go tonight and I was going to pick my favorite sushi spot....Echo. Well, I have a new top spot for sushi now. Great job Pat. Keep at it. You have a special talent and great attitude.

Well this place is what food is meant to be it's ran by husband and wife Chef Pat and his wife Ann. I love sushi I have eaten sushi in Japan and in many different places around the world. Everything that was served was made with love and respect for the ingredients. Ann and Chef Pat made you feel like you where eating in their dinning room in their home. Fresh and creative I had some home made Pinapple Sake amazing. I will never eat sushi anywhere else as long as Pat gogo is open. The fish is bought daily and it shows in the taste i had Himachi (yellow tail) I have never tasted anything like it melted in my mouth. I wanted to be selfish and keep this place a secret but I can't food lovers should have a chance to experience Pat gogo . I am now going to call myself a regular. Thank you it was an amazing night.

My son and I are huge fans of Japanese food, and this is hands down the best one we have eaten at yet. We read the reviews on Yelp, and decided to try PatGoGo out. We had the Sunomono, Fried Calamari, Shrimp Tom Yum Soup, and a specialty roll that Chef Pat made specially for us. Every single dish we ordered was delicious, and we loved the friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is in an odd location, but is decorated beautifully. We plan on coming back as soon as possible, and will definitely become regular customers.

5 stars well earned. Really good. Tom khan soup, JDA Bomb (try it not fried), Dutch Tartar, and really fresh grouper -- all great. Haven't left a review on yelp in a while. This place earns it.

  • Ernesto S.

This was one of the best dinning experiences i have ever had. The food was hand man from beginning to end and was amazing. The soup was great the sushi was fresh and there wasnt a single bad thing in any of the plates. And the place is run by a amazing couple who treated me like a memeber of their family. This place is a must go i would recommend this place to any and everyone.

A couple weeks ago as I looked on Yelp where to go out to eat I came across the oddly named Pat Gogo - 5 stars from everyone! I semi knew the location and thought that was odd too. I am here to report this is such a great place for sushi!! Pat the chef is a trained chef and it shows - he has a great creativity and uses it in his place. I urge him to keep it up and having something different and delicious will pay off. Everything fish wise was super fresh tasting and this on a Wednesday night - the raw scallop was one of the best I have ever had in my life - Pat saw I was a scallop lover and offered the scallop and foie gras dish to me (his signature) was very impressed with the depth of his cooking knowledge and flavor combinations. I wanted to go back one of the other nights I was in town (it was that good) but my schedule stopped me from doing so - I rally hope Pat can thrive here and will still be operating his business next year when I come again. Also the location isn;t that weird it is right behind the giant outlet mall which I would think at some point has to work to his adverting when more people review and enjoy this place.

  • Rebecca M.

This place is amazing. Extremely fresh fish for the sushi and most authentic chicken dumplings I have had near by. The pad Thai was delicious. And they had a jalapeño sour sake shot, I've never had sake before and I love it.

  • John Michael E.

For my wife and I, this place provides the quintessential sushi experience. We've been 4 times in the last 6 weeks, and boy we wish we could have those other 2 dinners somewhere else back. Everything we've had is prepared with care, presented beautifully, with delicious flavor. That being said, Pat and Ann are every bit as wonderful as their food; and aside from the great sushi, the great people are the reason we will keep coming back. Try the scallop foie gras, spicy tuna sticky rice, almond tempura shrimp, and Dutchy Tar Tar. If you like sashimi, just let Pat blow your mind. Last night we had grouper which was phenomenal. Our new favorite sushi place, hands down.

  • Bobby S.

This new sushi joint is amazing. Before I even get to the food I have to say the service from Pat and Ann is great. I have eaten here a few times and will continue to go back. Let Pat freestyle and create what ever he would like...you can't go wrong with it. My fiancé and I are huge Thai food fans and while I ordered sushi our last visit, she was in the mood for pad thai. She said it was the best pad thai she has ever had...highly recommend this place and wish Pat and Ann the best with their new restaurant.

  • Marty W.

Took a chance and loved this new restaurant. We had the freshest, most creative and delicious sushi ever. Give the chef the fish you like and he'll surprise you like never before! Place is tucked away in a small strip center so if your not familiar with the area, use your GPS. The world will beat a path the this place's door... Top notch...

Absolute freshest fish in the area. I had the all salmon sashimi platter and it was phenomenal.

    (5)
  • Colin W.

Really awesome place. The sushi and sashimi is killer and the entrees are good too. When I was there they had a spicy calamari special that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I have dreams about that calamari. Seriously though, if you're in the area check it out.

We were guided here by yelp reviews- and I am so glad we came! Some of the best sushi I've ever eaten, and I have pretty much eaten sushi everywhere across the country. This is such a hidden gem- I can't wait to come back on a work trip and eat here again!

  • Aly H.

I found this little gem via Yelp. I expected good sushi. What I received was a rave worthy experience. Pat is the owner and chef. His wife runs front of the house and bakes all the deserts herself. When I arrived , it was on a Wednesday evening and the place was half full. I sat at the sushi bar and had a peek at the menu. I was dining alone and was having a hard time choosing what to get. Pat noticed this and asked me what I liked to eat. I told him I like tuna, yellowtail, ponzu and spice. He broke the ice with a squid papaya salad with a bit of heat. I loved it and told him so. He then whipped me up a superb tasting menu, that started with extremely fresh, thinly sliced tuna and hamachi sashimi with a made to order thai chili pepper, ginger and ponzu sauce that was ernest. He brought the heat...game on. We then went to a platter of two pieces each of white tuna, spicy salmon, hamachi with jalapeño, tuna sushi, and broken rice spicy tuna. He added a deep fried eel roll with savory sauce and peanuts. The tempura was fired just for me so it was hot and crispy as I tucked in. the progression from searing heat to savory and comfortable was lovely, and required me to trust his expert hand. If you truly are a sushi enthusiast of the highest order, sit at the bar and ask Pat to simply take care of you. He will ask questions about your likes and dislikes to establish a flavor profile and provide you with a memorable dining experience. We had a chance to chat quite a bit, and I discovered that he is truly a chef that is dedicated to his craft- he wants to see the OMG face as you first bite into one of his plates. He doesn't charge an arm or leg either- I have been to a few sushi places in PB (and across the US- check my reviews) and none have been as humble about the quality of fish as Pat. Get there now before he gets so busy that he can not spend the time individually with each customer to create a specific tasting menu that will delight the palate. The icing on the cake (literally) was the delicious home made slice of cake with fresh coconut his wife brought out after the sushi. I will return as often as I can when I return to town. I suggest we all do the same.

Absolutely the best sushi joint in Palm Beach County!!! Reminds me of the freshest sushi in California. I couldn't ask for a better experience from a restaurant or the owners, Pat and Anne. Highly recommend taking a trip over and having Pat create something special just for you.

BEST SUSHI OF MY LIFE! I m so thankful we found this place! Lovely atmosphere and very organic friendly staff. The sushi chef here is a master. The freshness and flavor compositions were pure art of taste and sight. I usually stick to very basic sushi because I don't like anything too fishy. I tried some of everything here because it was so fresh and clean there was no fishy taste. Everyone needs to go here. I can't wait to go back! it makes every place I have been before seem mediocre. the genius that made ours arranged an amazing selection for us as we said we wanted to try different things. I loved his confidence and expertise. each bite was heavenly. and the pineapple sake....... you will not be dissapointed!

I am a big sushi eater and I had not found a sushi restaurant that I liked in Palm Beach after moving from NYC. My girlfriend and I went there last night and were blown away. Pat and Ann are awesome. They created dishes for us based on our preferences and they were so nice and fun. The fish was incredibly fresh and the hole in the wall atmosphere added to the experience. This new hidden gem is not going to be a secret for long. I will be here weekly!

Outstanding! Friends in from NY and we tried this small restaurant out. We let the owner Ann (sp?) choose everything and she brought us six different custom plates. I'm telling you the food was delicious! The plates were beautiful. Fresh grouper sashimi, new favorite!

  • Toby J.

started with miso soup, not so good. then came the fried calamari, best I've EVER had (get this.) Hamachi & tuna tataki, un-believably good! my friend had a combination mix, said it was outstanding. i tried a piece of the spicy tuna roll, was one of the best rolls I've had anywhere. go here for great sushi. my only complaint was the sapporo was 7 bucks. i will be back next time I'm in town.

Hidden and hard to get to but worth the hunt! - Don't miss this one! Cucumber Pasta, Spring Salad, Salmon w Sun-dried Tomatoes, Hamachi Jalapenos, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, White Tune Sushi were ALL amazing. Lobster Bomb was Really Good, it had a whole lobster tail on the plate Mmmm. BTW - My wife fought me the whole drive over from the Outlet Mall, "I don't know, I really like "Jo's" on Belvedere", "what if it's not good? I'm not staying if it smells". I thought I'd have to use a horse tranquilizer just to get her to try the place. Then we saw the location and store front and she almost ran. BUT, I calmed her down enough to walk in the door and it was not only smell free but it had a wonderful decor and the sweetest couple running the place. DON"T LET THE FRONT APPEARANCE, or your wife, STOP YOU. GO INSIDE, YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DON'T!!! PS - It was Ann's last night, so she said, she was serving us amazingly at 8.5 months pregnant. She is suppose to take the summer off while Pat's School Buddy fills in. Make sure and wish Pat and is growing family the best for me. Dan

LOVE this place! So much so that last weekend we went for sushi Friday night and back for Thai on Saturday night. The sushi is fresh and innovative and the Pad Thai is perfect. We always sit at the sushi bar and let Pat make a special creation for us. Tuna pizza is a must-have. Good happy hour deals too! Enjoy!

Excellent Thai food. I don't do sushi but understand from those who do that it is outstanding as well. Welcome addition to Forum Place. I'm adding to this review as they have expanded their menu to include additional Thai food that is yummy. Everything is beautifully presented and fresh, fresh, fresh. Pat and Annie really care and it shows. Add that the prices are very reasonable and you have a super winner here.

Laid back &, comfortable atmosphere. The food is awesome & plentiful. Very good volcano roll! !! The evening seems slow probably due to location. So service is great at that time. Also....very very clean. Nice place.

I had dinner here a couple of weeks ago, and was surprised that this place was not busier. Let me tell you, this is the real deal!! The combinations that the chef comes up with are so unique, interesting and delicious. This is the place to go, people, as there seems to be a lack of great sushi bars in the West Palm area!

#1. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. I've lived in New York and Los Angeles and this sushi rivaled anything I've had at the world's best. #2 I started with the Spicy Wahoo Seaweed Salad. The plating was beautiful and the taste was epic. Not too spicy or overpowering, but enough to give a slight kick. I will get that every time I come to start. #3. I had the JDA Bomb roll. The portion was enormous. Enough for 2 people. And the taste was out of this world. Each bite was so good. I will definitely order this again, multiple times. #4. The Red Bean ice cream - tops. Light and tasty. Will have that again. #5. Pat, the chef, and the hostess are extremely friendly and welcoming. They care about their customers and Pat's passion for the creativity and taste of his food shines through. #6. It's a little hard to find, but is WELL WORTH THE EFFORT. I know I'm gushing about this place, but I had no expectations and I was blown away. If you come here you will NOT be disappointed. I rarely write yelp reviews but this place warrants a 5 star. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Ok, so I have now returned on several other times. I honestly can say that nothing that I have had has been bad. Not that I loved everything but I have tried some things outside my normal box. My favorite has been the tuna in various forms. I love the staff and the food. Fast becoming my go to place when I'm too lazy to cook.

NO PANANG ! NO DUCK ! Your out of luck, here, if you expect even a semi-serious Thai menu. No sushi for us. We are done with the raw fish sushi scene for good reasons. The large portions of both pad thai and red curry were awfully sweet with a tinny can coconut taste. It was different not being asked the usual line "how spicy you like from 1 to 5" that was the high point, really. This quiet and clean little place looks sharp. They really need some talent on the Thai side, that i know

After eating at hundreds of sushi restaurants, for over 30+ years, and owning a restaurant for 8 years, I have to say that this is the best sushi I've ever had!!! I live in the San Diego area, so I know good sushi, but after eating at Pat Gogo, I really wish I had the means to fly my entire family here to try their food! Most sushi / sashimi is not spicy, if you want spice you add it yourself with wasabi and soy sauce. And, you can get sushi like that here. But, as I was mixing my usual wasabi/soy sauce, Pat's wife talked me out of using that sauce, but to instead try dipping the sushi in Pat's special spicy sauce and, WOW, was I ever glad I tried that! It was the perfect combination of sushi and Thai food! This is also the only sushi place I've been to where the chef offered me his own suggestions, one after the other, and I just blindly followed them, and all of them were superb! My favorite was the wahoo. Do yourself a favor and try this wonderful restaurant. The service was attentive, fast, and friendly, and the food was absolutely incredible!!

After reading all the reviews I felt compelled to check this place out. I ordered the spicy tuna and the spicy crab rolls. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The portions were generous and overall the sushi was good but I wouldn't say it's the best sushi I've ever had.

This place is great. We saw the other reviews and decided to give it a try. It was a great choice. The service was excellent and the sushi outstanding. Pat threw in a few samples of his highly creative offerings and they were great. There were several things that we had never tried before and were greatly pleased. Everything was top quality. We only wish we could give them 6 stars. Our only regret is that we're from out of town and can't go back every week. Try this place. You'll be happy you did.

EXCELLENT customer service! I have yet to find a restaurant I've given 5 stars. The sushi tasted nice and fresh. I liked the JDB and salmon rolls. I will definitely come back. Is it the greatest sushi I've had in Palm Beach County? Nope. Was it ok for a quick lunch? Yep.

We came over after arriving from the airport. This is a small n family owned restaurant. The sushi is outstanding and beautiful and the Pad Thai is perfectly cooked. The chicken is not over cooked! Plus, they have Thai tea!! Yummy.

All around excellent spot! Authentic, clean, affordable, and professional are some key words I would use to describe this place . Highly recommend! I had the Drunken noodles with spicy chicken and tried out some Ramune. The ginger dressing for the salad was refreshing as well. Will definitely be back for more!

This place is amazing. Extremely fresh fish for the sushi and most authentic chicken dumplings I have had near by. The pad Thai was delicious. And they had a jalapeño sour sake shot, I've never had sake before and I love it.

trying to find a sushi place that isn't the same like the other places is really hard. but this one hit the spot like you couldn't believe it. the family is super nice and the service is excellent and the food is unbelievable for the price that they charge. definitely will be back within weeks!

Outstanding! Friends in from NY and we tried this small restaurant out. We let the owner Ann (sp?) choose everything and she brought us six different custom plates. I'm telling you the food was delicious! The plates were beautiful. Fresh grouper sashimi, new favorite!

started with miso soup, not so good. then came the fried calamari, best I've EVER had (get this.) Hamachi & tuna tataki, un-believably good! my friend had a combination mix, said it was outstanding. i tried a piece of the spicy tuna roll, was one of the best rolls I've had anywhere. go here for great sushi. my only complaint was the sapporo was 7 bucks. i will be back next time I'm in town.

Yep.
